Terms and Conditions

• The referral program is offered to any existing WestCreek Homes customer that brings a new potential buyer to our sales center. They must be present with the new customer on the first visit to register, this is to ensure that the referring customer is legitimately bringing customers and not just adding themselves to the sale afterward for payment.
• This offer is only available to a registered referral that leads to a firm sale of a new home with WestCreek Homes in the communities in which WestCreek Homes builds. A registered referral is defined as a completed referral form submitted to any of our showhomes.
• The fee is applicable and paid once the new buyers have removed conditions on the purchase of the home. The $2,500 will be split between the existing homeowner and the new customer; so the $1,250 will be paid to the existing home buyer, and $1,250 is paid to the new buyer. The option for this is on the referral form and must be signed off by both parties before submitting.
• The cash reward will be paid out once the conditions of the referred customer are removed.
